Çiğdem Dağdelen
Çiğdem Dağdelen graduated from Anadolu University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Business Administration. In 2006, she received one year of education at the Executive Language School in Boston.
She started her professional career in 1996 at PwC, where she held various positions for 10 years. In 2006, she joined Mazars Turkey and worked for 8 years as a Senior Manager in the Outsourcing Department. During this period, she provided accounting, tax, and payroll consultancy services to companies operating in different sectors; she also managed system integration, financial revision, and restructuring projects.
After leaving Mazars, she worked at Chubb Insurance as Accounting and Reporting Manager, where she led the setup processes of accounting infrastructure and reporting systems. Continuing her career in various industries as Group CFO and Financial Affairs Director, Dağdelen has deep expertise in financial management, auditing, reporting, and process optimization.
In 2025, Çiğdem Dağdelen joined the EUCORPS family. She has extensive knowledge and experience in Turkish Tax Legislation, Insurance Legislation and Accounting, and ERP system implementations.
Dağdelen is a certified public accountant registered with the Istanbul Chamber of Certified Public Accountants (SMMM) and speaks advanced English. Additionally, she has been a volunteer for over 30 years at the Association for the Protection of Children and Social Services, where she also serves as a board member, actively participating in social responsibility projects.
